Control and connectivity solutions (IoT / Edge)

EXOR control and connectivity solutions are intended for applications where system connectivity, data exchange, local processing and edge architecture are just as important as visualization itself. This group includes IoT gateway, IoT control panel and embedded systems solutions for industrial connectivity and digitalization. In this part of the EXOR portfolio, the eXware and MicroEdge series are particularly important for gateway and edge computing applications, together with SOMs, Development Kits and OpenHMI Kits for embedded and development scenarios.

In this type of architecture, JMobile and Corvina Platform serve as the software and cloud layers: JMobile for visualization, communication and HMI applications, and Corvina Platform for secure remote access, monitoring and support of distributed devices and systems.

 

 

IoT Gateway devices

EXOR IoT Gateway devices serve as a connection between devices, systems and higher-level IT or cloud layers. These devices, along with advanced web technologies, ensure connectivity, security and efficiency. Gateway filters and translates data between different protocols and formats and provides on-site insights thanks to edge computing capabilities. In this group, the eXware series stands out for cloud-edge and data-intensive IoT scenarios, as does the MicroEdge series, which bridges the OT and IT worlds as an edge gateway or edge computing device for efficient IoT solutions, using JMobile software.

 

 

IoT Control Panels

EXOR IoT Control Panels are intended for machine building and applications where clear visualization of data and operations is important without adding extra load to the PLC program. Independence from the PLC program, real-time data display and advanced multitouch screens are key characteristics of this category. This segment includes series such as eX700M and other advanced EXOR panels that combine the HMI approach, local logic and connectivity in a single device, making them suitable for modern machine and edge-oriented applications.

 

 

Embedded Systems

EXOR Embedded Systems are intended for manufacturers and integrators that want to automate their systems, add connectivity and extend the device life cycle. They stand out for scalability, broad integration options, rugged construction and simpler integration into existing systems. Within the series and development platforms, SOMs, Development Kits and OpenHMI Kits are highlighted here, intended for projects that require greater freedom in device design and deeper integration of hardware, software and cloud-ready functionality.
