HMI Devices

EXOR HMI devices are intended for process visualization, operator work and a reliable user interface in industrial environments. This group includes industrial HMI, web HMI, outdoor, rugged and mobile HMI solutions for different operating conditions and application requirements. Within this category, EXOR develops several series, from eSMART and eX200 for standard and flexible HMI applications, through the eX700 and JSmart700 series for more advanced user interfaces, to specialized solutions for web, outdoor and mobile scenarios.

The software layer also plays an important role in EXOR HMI devices. JMobile enables HMI application development, connectivity with PLCs and other industrial systems, data visualization and management of the operator interface. When a project requires remote access, service support or device monitoring from a remote location, HMI solutions can also be enhanced through the Corvina Platform.

 

 

Industrial HMI

EXOR industrial HMI devices are intended for applications where long service life, reliable operation and readiness for industrial conditions are important. They combine advanced technologies with IPC-level performance on selected models, together with robustness, security and suitability for demanding operating conditions. In this group, the eSMART, eX200, eX700 and JSmart700 series have a prominent place, covering everything from cost-effective HMI solutions to more advanced devices for broader industrial applications. When included in a wider EXOR architecture, these devices can be part of a system that combines local visualization, communication, JMobile HMI applications and remote monitoring access through Corvina Platform.

 

 

Web HMI

EXOR Web HMI devices use modern web technologies such as HTML5, SVG and JavaScript, with computing performance at the level of IPC devices. Their main advantages include wide operating temperature range, security, long service life and robustness, as well as simplified connectivity options, including PoE on selected models. The eX700M Web, JSmart700M Web and eX200 Web series naturally fit into this group and are intended for projects where clear web visualization, browser-based access and easier integration into a modern connected architecture are important. 

 

 

HMI for outdoor use

EXOR HMI devices for outdoor use are designed for demanding IIoT edge applications in harsh operating conditions, including marine and process industries. This category is characterized by readability in direct light, optical bonding of the display and an extended temperature range for operation in highly demanding outdoor or industrial environments. In this group, the eXtreme series stands out, developed for environments where display reliability and device resistance are essential for daily operation and system availability. In remote or hard-to-access locations, the possibility of remote access and support through Corvina Platform can provide additional value.

 

 

Rugged HMI

EXOR rugged HMI devices are intended for industries operating in extreme conditions, where performance, security and verified device characteristics are especially important. In this group of devices, particular emphasis is placed on high performance, enhanced security and compliance with relevant certifications and advanced functions. These devices are intended for applications where it is not enough for an HMI to be visually clear; it also has to remain reliable in harsh operating conditions. The rugged segment therefore naturally builds on the more advanced EXOR HMI concepts developed for demanding use.  

 

 

 

Mobile HMI

EXOR handheld HMI devices are intended for situations where a fixed panel is not sufficient for the operator, and mobility and access to information on the move are required. These are mobile solutions with advanced wireless and wired connectivity, with an emphasis on safe operation, and they also provide a SIL3 -rated safety functions. This segment is represented by Handhelds, compact and lightweight devices with an ergonomic design, suitable for work alongside the machine, in service, logistics and other scenarios where the user interface must follow the operator rather than remain tied to a single point in the system. In such projects, mobile HMI can also be part of a wider EXOR environment for visualization, communication and remote support.
